VP of Sales
Directs the formulation and implementation of the necessary marketing strategies to assure the attainment of the revenue and gross margin profit levels required to meet the goals established by top management for returns on stockholder investment (ROI) and on total assets employed in the business (ROA).

Key Responsibilities
- Directs the formulation and implementation of the necessary marketing strategies to assure the attainment of the revenue and gross margin profit levels required to meet the goals established by top management for returns on stockholder investment (ROI) and on total assets employed in the business (ROA).
- Partner with President and top management to define the basic economic and operating premises to be used in preparation of the Company's business plans, long range plans and short-term forecasts
- Manages, hires, and disciplines all inside and outside sales employees
- Sets pricing strategies to achieve volume/gross profit targets essential for overall corporate goals
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales and business development, preferably in lumber materials
- Proven self-starter
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
- Lifting of up to 50 pounds
