E-Billing Coordinator

📍 Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) 
💲 $60K+ Base + Bonuses

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a Big Law environment? A top law firm is seeking an E-Billing Coordinator to join their team. You’ll manage electronic billing, ensure compliance, and keep processes running smoothly while working closely with attorneys and clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and maintain client/matter info in 3E, eBillingHub, and vendor sites

  • Process and track electronic invoices (e-bills) to ensure timely payment

  • Review and enforce Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs)

  • Resolve errors, denials, and short-pays; handle appeals when needed

  • Provide weekly reports on invoices outstanding 60+ days

  • Spot trends in rejections and recommend process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience handling e-billing in a Big Law firm

  • 2+ years of e-billing experience required

  • High school diploma required; college or technical training preferred
  • Knowledge of Elite 3E highly preferred

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
