Position Overview
The Director of Nursing oversees all clinical services, ensuring high-quality, individualized care for residents. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, staff leadership, and continuous improvement of clinical outcomes while supporting organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead daily nursing operations

  • Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with all regulations

  • Oversee Assisted Living and Memory Care services

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate staff

  • Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and documentation

  • Monitor quality metrics and implement improvements

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

  • Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence

  • Participate in leadership and strategic planning initiatives

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in good standing

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience

  • Experience with clinical operations, staffing, and budgeting

  • At least 2 years working with older adults

  • Senior living or long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
