Position Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in resinous, epoxy, and polished concrete flooring projects- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate new leads and opportunities- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project completion and client satisfaction- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives to maximize revenue

Position Essential Job Functions:- 3-5 years of experience in sales of resinous, epoxy, and polished concrete flooring projects- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and achieving sales targets- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of the industrial flooring industry is preferred

Position Skills:- Sales experience in resinous, epoxy, and polished concrete flooring projects- Strong relationship-building skills- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed- Knowledge of industrial flooring industry trends

Benefits:- Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000- Full benefits package
