Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our e-Fluids team. This position will be responsible for primarily managing existing accounts and some new business development throughout the entire product lifecycle and providing customer sales support. The role focuses on managing and growing sales accounts in the automotive and lubricants sector, from quotation to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Support existing customer accounts and actively pursue new sales opportunities in the lubricants customers (Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or relevant customers)
Sales Process Management: Support the entire sales process from quotation to delivery, including order management, forecasting, and reporting to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure profitability
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including technical, supply chain, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Solution Development: Recommend product solutions that align with customer objectives and establish competitive advantage through our value proposition
Strategic Planning: Assist in creating sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets and support company vision
CRM Management: Update all internal sales systems and track and report changes to management on an ongoing basis
Customer Relations: Promote effective communication with customers and develop professional working relationships with all customer representatives
Business Development: Prepare and deliver professional business proposals, presentations, and quotations to secure new business
Data Analysis: Manage economic analysis, data mining, and quotation processes by customers and products
Qualifications
Minimum 2-10 years of experience in sales, account management, business planning, or operations in automotive car makers, lubricants, oil & gas, and chemical industry
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred experience with OEM/Lubricants or chemical products
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Strong background in managing existing customers and strategic planning
Knowledge and Skills:
Technical Expertise: Technical knowledge of lubricants or chemistry with ability to comprehend complex business processes
Communication: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English; fluent Korean preferred with bilingual proficiency as a plus
Technology Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite with experience in CRM/ERP software preferred
Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation capabilities with ability to manage economic analysis and data mining
Organizational Skills: Highly detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and manage multiple, simultaneous, and competing deliverables
Adaptability: Ability to work in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Work Style: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments
Customer Focus: Exceptional customer communication skills with track record of building professional relationships
Travel Requirements:
Travel: 20-40% travel required
Territory Coverage: Primary focus on U.S. and Mexico markets
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: Based on experience + commission
Salary Ranges:
$70,000–$90,000 sala (2–4 years experience)
$90,000–$120,000 (5–7 years experience)
$120,000–$150,000 (8–10+ years experience)
Bonus Structure: Discretionary bonus averaging 20-25%:
