Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trial Attorney licensed in Georgia to join our litigation team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while handling a full caseload of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigator who is confident in court and committed to client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts across Georgia

  • Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, witnesses, and court personnel

  • Develop and execute legal strategies for each case

  • Attend virtual and in-person court appearances as required

  • Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys within the firm

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active license and good standing with the Georgia State Bar

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in civil litigation and/or trial practice

  • Proven courtroom and trial experience

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to manage a remote workload effectively and independently

  • Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms and case management software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in personal injury, insurance defense, or commercial litigation

  • Familiarity with Georgia court procedures and judges
