Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee miscellaneous metals fabrication projects, including stairs, railings, handrails, platforms, and other custom fabricated items. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing fabrication and installation projects from start to finish, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage miscellaneous metals projects from contract award through closeout.
Coordinate with detailers, fabricators, erectors, vendors, and clients.
Review drawings, submittals, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and change orders.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners.
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience managing miscellaneous metals or structural steel projects preferred.
Strong understanding of fabrication and installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
