Are you a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) ready to make a difference in the lives of patients facing mobility and balance challenges? Join our energetic, patient-centered rehab team and specialize in neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention, and balance training.

This role is ideal for a PTA who thrives on helping patients rebuild strength, regain independence, and walk with confidence again—especially those recovering from stroke, Parkinson’s, vestibular disorders, or age-related instability.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Physical Therapists to carry out customized treatment plans

  • Guide patients through balance work, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education

  • Support functional mobility with hands-on techniques and therapeutic exercises

  • Document progress and provide critical feedback to the PT team

  • Educate patients and caregivers on fall prevention and safety at home

  • Help drive real outcomes in a supportive, compassionate care environment

🎯 You Bring:

  • Experience in neuro rehab, vestibular therapy, and fall prevention

  • Confidence with proprioceptive training and functional mobility work

  • Familiarity with standardized assessments

  • A PTA degree and valid state licensure (or eligibility)

  • A heart for rehab and a drive to help patients live fuller, safer lives
