Construction Superintendent – Commercial Projects
📍 Oklahoma City, OK | 💼 Full-Time | 💲 $100,000–$130,000+ DOE | No Travel Required
We’re hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up and large-scale commercial construction projects right here in Oklahoma City. Our projects span across healthcare, education, multi-family, institutional, retail, and public-sector work, and we’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the field from start to finish.

Direct all on-site activities for commercial projects exceeding $10MM
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety from groundbreaking through turnover
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure quality and timeliness
Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout all phases of the build
Enforce company and regulatory safety standards daily
7+ years’ experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong background in vertical, ground-up construction
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAGE, and scheduling tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
$100K–$140K+ base salary based on experience
