Construction Superintendent – Commercial Projects
📍 Oklahoma City, OK | 💼 Full-Time | 💲 $100,000–$130,000+ DOE | No Travel Required

We’re hiring a Superintendent to lead ground-up and large-scale commercial construction projects right here in Oklahoma City. Our projects span across healthcare, education, multi-family, institutional, retail, and public-sector work, and we’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of the field from start to finish.

This is a growth-focused company with a strong local presence, steady backlog, and a clear path for advancement. You'll work with a team that values quality, accountability, and taking care of its people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all on-site activities for commercial projects exceeding $10MM

  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety from groundbreaking through turnover

  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure quality and timeliness

  • Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout all phases of the build

  • Enforce company and regulatory safety standards daily


Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years’ experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects

  • Strong background in vertical, ground-up construction

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAGE, and scheduling tools

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
