Project Manager Duties:

• Select the best delivery method for each project
• Develop the best methods to ensure team support and effective communication
• Create measurements to determine the strategic plan is met during all phases of construction
• Work with Preconstruction team to review total estimate to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to formal quotation
• Examine each site to pre-determine any challenges

Project Manager Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience as a Project Manger for sewer, water infrastructure, concrete/pipe drainage grading, paving, and site work
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Previous experience on infrastructure, sub divisions, and piping work
• Possess an ownership attitude and be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor
• Strive for excellence in every project and do whatever it takes to achieve optimum results
• Resolve conflict for the mutual benefit of all involved parties
• Friendly, yet firm demeanor

Compensation:

• $65,000 + DOE
• Handsome suite of benefits
• Profit sharing bonuses
