Labor & Employment Attorney in Sacramento

Job Description

Our well-know, dynamic law firm is seeking a labor and employment defense attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending employers in state and federal court. 

Qualifications: 

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active good standing with the CA bar
• 1-10 years civil litigation experience (someone with interest in doing labor and employment defense work)
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills 
• Ability to manage cases independently 
• Experience taking and defending depositions 
• Prior expereince with wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims (preferred not necessary)
