We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD/Revit Drafter to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating detailed construction drawings and models using AutoCAD and Revit software. This role is integral to our project teams, providing precise documentation and design support for residential projects from concept through construction.
Qualifications:
- Skills in AutoCAD and Revit. Familiarity with other design software is a plus.
- Proven experience in drafting for residential construction projects is preferred.
- Associate’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field is desirable; relevant work experience will be considered.
- Strong ability to produce accurate and detailed drawings and models.
- Understanding of construction methods, residential building codes, and design best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
