Job Description

We are seeking a Credit Analyst to join a growing community banking team. This individual will partner closely with lenders and credit administration to underwrite and analyze commercial and consumer credits, ensuring high credit quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and projections to assess borrower capacity.

  • Prepare detailed credit memoranda with recommendations for approval/decline.

  • Support loan officers in structuring transactions across CRE, C&I, SBA, and ag.

  • Monitor ongoing credit relationships and identify early warning signs.

  • Assist with portfolio reviews and regulatory exam preparation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

  • 1–5 years of credit analysis or lending support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and risk rating systems.

  • Community banking or credit union experience preferred.

Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 base, plus potential performance bonus
