The Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician will play an integral role within our established, high-volume dermatology practice. We are seeking a seasoned, high-performing professional who exemplifies exceptional standards for patient well-being and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform consultations and treatments with a minimum of 4 years of Aesthetics experience.
  • Demonstrate a warm, approachable demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Uphold a consistently high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Adhere to punctuality for scheduled shifts and client appointments.
  • Exhibit superior clinical skills, ensuring the utmost in patient care.
  • Possess expertise in recommending appropriate products for various skin types and proficiency in selling packages and retail products.
  • Maintain a hygienic and organized treatment room, as well as ensuring equipment cleanliness.
  • Display exceptional time management, organizational, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Experience with Laser technology is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois license (IDPR) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Aesthetics experience, inclusive of consultations.
  • Strong, outgoing, and polite disposition with excellent interpersonal skills.
