GPAC has partnered with a highly respected law firm in Portland, Oregon, that is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in estate planning, wealth management, and tax strategy to work with high-net-worth clients in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive estate planning counsel to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.
Draft and review complex legal documents, including trusts, wills, and asset protection strategies.
Advise on tax planning, charitable giving, business succession, and wealth preservation.
Manage probate and trust administration in compliance with Oregon and federal laws.
Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver holistic estate planning solutions.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Oregon.
LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred.
3–8 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and tax law.
Solid understanding of federal and Oregon estate and gift tax laws.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
Ability to manage a complex caseload with precision and efficiency.
