GPAC has partnered with a highly respected law firm in Portland, Oregon, that is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in estate planning, wealth management, and tax strategy to work with high-net-worth clients in a collaborative, client-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive estate planning counsel to high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners.

  • Draft and review complex legal documents, including trusts, wills, and asset protection strategies.

  • Advise on tax planning, charitable giving, business succession, and wealth preservation.

  • Manage probate and trust administration in compliance with Oregon and federal laws.

  • Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to deliver holistic estate planning solutions.


Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Oregon.

  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred.

  • 3–8 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and tax law.

  • Solid understanding of federal and Oregon estate and gift tax laws.

  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.

  • Ability to manage a complex caseload with precision and efficiency.
