Commercial Litigation Paralegal (Full-Time, Permanent)
Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience

We are a boutique litigation firm specializing in securities, commercial, and complex civil litigation. Our collaborative team values a strong work ethic, adaptability, and initiative. As a Paralegal at our firm, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of cases and office functions.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Litigation Paralegal to join our Memphis office. This role combines litigation support with elements of office management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of juggling a variety of responsibilities in a dynamic legal environment.
Provide general litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of the case lifecycle
Coordinate and manage office operations, including building and facilities needs
Communicate with vendors, clients, and service providers; assist with billing processes
Conduct background research and investigations on parties involved in litigation
Compile and organize financial records and account statements
Use Excel to maintain data logs and prepare reports as needed
3+ years of experience in civil litigation required
Familiarity with law firm operations and legal procedures
Experience in commercial or business dispute litigation is an asset
Basic financial literacy (e.g., understanding differences between financial instruments like bonds and mutual funds)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
