We are currently seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney to join our Atlanta office and contribute to our growing caseload of complex employment matters.


Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of employment litigation experience, with a strong background in defending employers in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team of attorneys on cutting-edge workplace legal issues including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour, and non-compete litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent employers in all phases of employment litigation, including discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and trial.

  • Handle Title VII, such as FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and restrictive covenant matters.

  • Advise corporate clients on employment policies, internal investigations, compliance, and risk management.

  • Draft employment-related documents including employee handbooks, policies, and separation agreements.

  • Develop litigation strategies and manage client expectations and case timelines.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to the Georgia Bar (in good standing).

  • 5+ years of experience in labor & employment litigation at a law firm or corporate legal department.

  • Significant experience handling single-plaintiff and/or class/collective action employment cases.

  • Superior research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and teamwork.
