Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents (contracts, agreements, corporate filings).
• Conduct due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions.
• Maintain corporate records, manage data rooms, and prepare closing binders.
• Coordinate filings with state and federal agencies.
• Research legal issues and support attorneys in transactional matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a transactional paralegal in a law firm or in-house.
• Proficiency in corporate and real estate law, legal software, and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
