Personal Injury Attorney in Franklin

Job Description

An award-winning personal injury law firm is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury and/or general litigation and a strong commitment to client representation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in personal injury or general litigation preferred
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery, drafting and arguing motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations
• Trial experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Capability to manage cases from intake to completion
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Strong academic background from an ABA-approved law school preferred
• Team player with the ability to thrive in a collegial office environment
• Licensed in Tennessee and in good standing
