MID-SIZE -Law Firm Office Managerr in Pittsburgh PA to handle 70 employees a to manage all staff and handle day-to-day operations of the firm

The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our law firm, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. This role involves managing administrative staff, coordinating with attorneys, and maintaining office systems and procedures.

100% In-office Full time

Salary- $50,000.00- $90,000.00- Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Required Experience:

  • MUST HAVE --Can handle 70 employees and are looking for an office manager to manage all staff and handle day-to-day operations of the firm Manage office finances, including General Ledger, IOLTA
  • Oversee daily office operations, including staffing, facilities, and vendor management
  • Experience in a law firm or other professional service environment a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality planning with prior experience in a law firm or other professional services related industry preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and effective time-management skills.
  • Operates effectively independently and within a team.
  • Possess strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Light typing ability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
