We are partnered with  a reputable residential construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality homes with exceptional design. Our Design Center provides clients with a personalized experience, offering a wide range of finishes and materials to customize their dream homes.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Design Center Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Design Center. This role involves coordinating with clients, designers, and vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient design selection process.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction, design, or a related industry.
  • MUST HAVE Newstar/SalesXpress 
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients visiting the Design Center, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Schedule and coordinate design appointments with clients, designers, and project teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of client selections, contracts, and project specifications.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the Design Center is stocked with up-to-date samples, catalogs, and materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order and track design materials and samples.
  • Prepare and distribute design documentation and updates to relevant teams.
  • Assist in resolving client inquiries related to design selections and timelines.
  • Ensure the Design Center is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Support the design team with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and communication.
