Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ground-up projects in multifamily, senior living, or mixed-use construction
• Manage projects valued at $25M+ from start to finish
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Owners for smooth execution
• Keep daily logs and manage change orders in a timely manner
• Identify and solve potential project challenges proactively

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in a lead Project Manager role
• Proven experience managing $25M+ projects in multifamily or similar sectors
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
