My client is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their reputable practice here in Minneapolis. Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience practicing family law
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience with high-asset clients strongly preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, and property division
• Provide expert legal advice and develop effective case strategies tailored to each client's unique situation
• Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and court orders
• Conduct thorough legal research and remain up-to-date on current family law legislation and precedents
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings
• Collaborate with a team of legal professionals, including paralegals and support staff, to ensure comprehensive case management
