Electrical Superintendent
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of electricians, apprentices, and field personnel.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Review project plans and specifications, proactively addressing potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate project records, including change orders, daily reports, and safety documentation.
- Ensure all electrical work aligns with local, state, and national codes and regulations.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and key milestones.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale electrical projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
- Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
