Our client, a relationship-focused community financial institution, is seeking a Mortgage Lender to expand its residential lending footprint. This role is designed for a lender who enjoys helping clients through the mortgage process but prefers not to be heavily focused on outbound sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop mortgage business through inbound leads, marketing support, and referral networks.
Guide borrowers through the full origination process, from application to closing.
Cross-sell deposit and ancillary banking products when appropriate.
Ensure compliance with secondary market guidelines and internal policies.
Represent the bank in a professional, community-focused manner.
