GPAC has partnered with a well-regarded New Jersey firm that is looking to bring on an experienced Associate Attorney to support its Commercial Litigation practice. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling substantive research and writing on active commercial litigation matters

  • Drafting complaints, motions, briefs, and other core litigation documents

  • Assisting with all stages of trial preparation, including discovery and witness prep

  • Appearing in court for hearings, depositions, and related proceedings

  • Working closely with senior attorneys on strategy, case development, and client communication

What They’re Looking For:

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

  • Active New Jersey Bar license

  • At least 8 years of complex litigation experience

  • Strong writing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain a high level of organization across multiple matters
