Key Responsibilities
- Lead onsite construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects
- Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and day-to-day jobsite operations
- Ensure project quality, safety compliance, and successful project delivery
- Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams
- Maintain clear communication and strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and high-performing field teams
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery
