Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onsite construction activities for ground-up multifamily projects
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and day-to-day jobsite operations
  • Ensure project quality, safety compliance, and successful project delivery
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, owners, and design teams
  • Maintain clear communication and strong leadership throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and high-performing field teams
