Custom Signage Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial/Architectural Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality output, and timely delivery of projects. This role requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch products.

Custom Signage Production Manager:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the production department, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless workflow and clear communication.
  • Develop and implement production schedules, prioritizing projects based on deadlines and resource availability.
  • Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed, optimizing cost and minimizing waste.

Custom Signage Production Manager:

  • At least 7+ years of Custom Architectural Sign Industry experience
  • At least 2+ years of Production Management experience with a team of 3+ teammembers
  • Highly experienced/knowledgeable in custom sign fabrication such as channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, cabinet signs, environmental graphics and more.
  • Experience managing workflow and employees in a manufacturing environment
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Computer proficiency is a must, specifically in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets) and Word programs.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.
