Agricultural Diesel Technician
Location: Multiple locations in California
Compensation: $32–$45 per hour, based on experience

A well-established agricultural equipment service company is seeking an experienced Agricultural Diesel Technician. This role offers the chance to work with top brands like John Deere, CASE IH, Kubota, New Holland, Bobcat, CAT, and Massey Ferguson. Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair agricultural and turf equipment.

  • Service customer-owned and dealer-owned equipment.

  • Maintain tools, inventory, and equipment.

  • Perform field repairs (company truck provided).

  • Collaborate with customers and team members to ensure service quality.

  • Follow safety protocols and complete required reports.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in agricultural equipment repair.

  • Familiarity with CASE IH, New Holland, Kubota, John Deere is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

  • Ability to use specialized tools and equipment.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

  • Forklift license preferred.
