Job Title: QC Welder
Overview:
Our client, a well-established steel fabrication company, is seeking an entry-level QC Welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of welding and inspection experience and a willingness to learn and grow. This role offers hands-on mentorship, career guidance, and training to build long-term success.
Responsibilities:
Perform welding tasks in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Assist with quality control inspections of welds and fabricated steel components.
Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
Document inspection results and report findings to supervisors.
Work closely with senior welders and QC staff to learn and develop skills.
Support safe work practices and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of welding and/or inspection experience preferred.
Ability to read drawings and welding symbols.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company.
Certifications a plus but not required—training will be provided.
