We’re hiring a General Manager to lead all aspects of a hauling operation. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on operational excellence, customer service, workforce development, and community engagement.
What You’ll Do
Oversee all daily hauling operations and facility management
Drive revenue growth and cost management
Lead operations and maintenance managers to meet key performance goals
Maintain strong relationships with city officials and local organizations
Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams
Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and all local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct regular team meetings and safety reviews
Provide accurate monthly projections and data analysis
Create a clean, safe, and engaging workplace
What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree (Business preferred)
7–10 years of management experience
Experience in transportation or warehousing
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both teams and the public
Working knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety protocols
