Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using P6 or similar software.
  • Monitor progress and performance against baseline schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct cost management activities, including estimating, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Oversee and manage project schedules, costs, and controls.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations in transportation, rail, airport, and aviation sectors.
  • Drive project success through team collaboration.
  • Support the development of project control plans and processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in project controls.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software (P6 preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $125,000–$180,000 (DOE).
