Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks for multifamily properties
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties are up to code
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance staff
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities

Essential job functions of Maintenace Supervisor:

  • 5+ years of experience in real estate multifamily maintenance
  • HVAC certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and organized
