Location: Maryland (Baltimore/DC/Annapolis)Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 (up to $105,000 for top talent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for projects.
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.
• Work closely with project managers and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-10 years in estimating.
• Background: Preferably from industrial painting and coating or niche subcontractors (like electrical). General Contractor experience is less preferred.
• Mindset: Open to learning and adaptable.
• Top Talent: Up to $105k for leaders who can thrive.
