About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Foreman to lead commercial flooring installation crews. Backgrounds in commercial flooring, hardwood flooring, concrete work, and carpentry. The right candidate is a strong leader who can run a job site efficiently while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage flooring installation crews ✅ Ensure top-quality work and efficient project execution ✅ Maintain a productive, team-oriented atmosphere ✅ Communicate effectively with crews and project managers ✅ Operate flooring installation tools and equipment ✅ Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions ✅ Enforce safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications:
✔ Experience in commercial flooring, hardwood flooring, concrete work, or carpentry ✔ Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred ✔ Strong communication & leadership skills ✔ Ability to lead by example & work hands-on ✔ Valid driver’s license & good driving record
