Position Overview:
As Nurse Education Manager, you will lead staff education, ensuring our nursing team stays current with best practices. You’ll design curriculum, mentor new hires, manage performance, and assist with hands-on care, playing a key role in both team success and resident care. What You'll Do as a Nurse Education Manager :

• Lead staff education, from orientation to ongoing training
• Design engaging, up-to-date nursing curriculum
• Oversee performance management and mentorship programs
• Assist with patient care, assessments, and admissions as needed
• Stay current with best practices and regulatory updates

What You'll Bring:

• Active RN or LPN license (WI)
• 2+ years of clinical experience and leadership in nursing education
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred
