As the Director of Nursing, you play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing care within our facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence in resident care. Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality resident care
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resident care and services
Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
Manage budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent required;
Current state nursing license in good standing
Desired Experience, Knowledge, and Skills
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in nursing administration, preferably in a long-term care setting
Strong knowledge of resident rights, regulations, and best practices in long-term care
Proven experience in supervising and leading a team of nursing professionals
Familiarity with Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
In-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality

Pay: $85,000 - $120,000 + DOE
