🛠 Your Responsibilities as a Commercial Roofing Foreman:
Lead, manage, and mentor commercial roofing crews on active job sites
Ensure safety compliance and proper installation of low slope systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)
Read and interpret blueprints, scopes, and production schedules
Coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections to keep projects on track
Work hands-on with the team to deliver a clean, timely, and high-quality install
🎯 Who You Are:
Experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman with 3+ years leading crews
Strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
Proficient with basic technology tools (e.g., tablets, email, project tracking software)
Skilled in low slope roofing systems and OSHA safety standards
