We are partnering with a respected law firm that is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its litigation team with a particular focus on medical malpractice matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to handle complex cases, gain trial exposure, and grow within a supportive and collaborative team.Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of plaintiff medical malpractice matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on strategy and case development.
  • Maintain strong client communication and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice in New York (additional admissions a plus).
  • 2–5 years of experience - ideally in medical malpractice or general personal injury matters.
  • Strong research, writing, and litigation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
