Our client is hiring a Quality Engineer to drive quality initiatives in a precision machining environment. If you know your way around tolerances, CMMs, and quality systems, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop inspection processes and quality procedures for new and existing products
Interpret complex blueprints and apply GD&T principles
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support production with hands-on problem-solving
Monitor process capability and quality trends
You Bring:
2+ years working with machined parts in a quality capacity
Strong understanding of SPC and quality systems
Familiarity with ISO 9001
Experience using CMMs and measuring tools
Technical writing skills and solid communication
Education:
Vocational training or high school diploma required
4-year engineering degree preferred
