Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle wildfire litigation cases or plaintiff personal injury cases.
  • Assist in case preparation, legal research, depositions, and trials.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys to build strong cases for clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of litigation experience.
  • Preferred experience in catastrophic wildfire litigation.
  • Strong litigation skills, client communication, and attention to detail.

Work Environment & Benefits:

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
  • Competitive salary: $160K - $205K based on experience.
  • Discretionary bonus structure.
  • 10 years in the industry, with a strong focus on major wildfire cases.
