A boutique plaintiff law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their team, specializing in complex personal injury and class action litigation. This is a hybrid position where you will focus on research, writing, and case development to support high-stakes litigation. While trial work is led by senior partners, you will be key in crafting strategies and building strong cases.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda.
Assist the lead attorney in developing case strategy and preparing for trial.
Analyze complex legal issues in personal injury and class action matters.
Interpret and apply relevant federal and state case law and regulations.
Assist with discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for admission, and document production.
Maintain client communication and liaise with opposing counsel and experts.
3+ years of experience in complex civil litigation, particularly in personal injury and class actions. Defense attorneys are welcome.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. A writing sample will be required.
Federal litigation experience preferred.
California Bar license required.
Work on meaningful cases in complex litigation.
