Are you an architect who’s passionate about healthcare design and ready to take your next big step? We're looking for a Healthcare Architect with 5–10 years of experience to lead the design of environments that promote healing, improve lives, and support caregivers.

Lead and support healthcare design projects through all phases
Design efficient, code-compliant layouts that elevate patient care
Create detailed documentation in Revit and coordinate with project teams
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and end users
Stay current on healthcare design trends, building codes, and FGI guidelines
Present designs and ideas with clarity, purpose, and confidence
Mentor junior staff and contribute to firmwide healthcare design strategies
5–10 years of professional architectural experience (healthcare focus preferred)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Architect license preferred (or working toward licensure)
Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of healthcare codes, ADA, and FGI Guidelines
Ability to manage timelines, teams, and technical documents
Clear communication and a passion for human-centered design
Competitive Salary: $90,000–$115,000
