Are you an architect who’s passionate about healthcare design and ready to take your next big step? We're looking for a Healthcare Architect with 5–10 years of experience to lead the design of environments that promote healing, improve lives, and support caregivers.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and support healthcare design projects through all phases

• Design efficient, code-compliant layouts that elevate patient care

• Create detailed documentation in Revit and coordinate with project teams

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and end users

• Stay current on healthcare design trends, building codes, and FGI guidelines

• Present designs and ideas with clarity, purpose, and confidence

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to firmwide healthcare design strategies

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 5–10 years of professional architectural experience (healthcare focus preferred)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

• Architect license preferred (or working toward licensure)

• Strong command of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of healthcare codes, ADA, and FGI Guidelines

• Ability to manage timelines, teams, and technical documents

• Clear communication and a passion for human-centered design
