POSITION: Family Law Lawyer

TYPE: Full-time, hybrid*

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 15+ years of experience in family law, with a proven track record in complex, high-value files. – MUST HAVE
  • Lawyer who has numerous high court wins – MUST HAVE
  • Must be able to call to the court in Alberta. – MUST HAVE
  • $50M+ in property division, $5M+/year income files – IDEALLY
  • Skilled in litigation, with additional ADR (mediation/arbitration) experience a strong asset. – MUST HAVE
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop 3-4 junior lawyers. – MUST HAVE
  • Thrives in a high-performance fast-paced and ambitious culture. – MUST HAVE
  • Client base is welcome – PREFERABLE, NOT REQUIRED
