We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects across the Mid West and South East This role is key to managing site crews, schedules, safety, and quality from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
As a Construction Superintendent you will manage daily jobsite activities and subcontractor performance
Maintain project schedule and coordinate trades
Ensure jobsite safety and quality control
Conduct inspections, meetings, and reporting
Collaborate with project managers and field staff
Requirements:
5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial and or industrial construction
Strong knowledge of ground-up building methods and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret plans and schedules
Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
