About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury / Workers’ Compensation Paralegal to join our team in Lebanon, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paralegal with a strong background in discovery and post-litigation processes. If you have a minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, particularly in workers’ compensation or litigation, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage discovery process including drafting, organizing, and responding to discovery requests

  • Handle post-litigation tasks and support trial preparation

  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence related to personal injury and workers’ compensation cases

  • Assist attorneys in case management and client communication

  • Maintain case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience

  • Workers’ compensation paralegal experience preferred; litigation paralegal experience will also be considered

  • Strong skills in discovery and post-litigation procedures

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
