Job Overview:

• Role: Construction Litigation Associate

• Focus: Litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes in the construction sector
• Responsibility: Direct client contact, strategy development, discovery, and motions practice

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience
• Focus on construction-related disputes
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and team mindset
• Admission to practice law in Virginia
