What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3-6 years of focused employment law experience, including representing employers or employees in workplace-related disputes.
- Expertise:
- Proficiency in handling cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Skilled in drafting employment contracts, handbooks, and policies.
- Litigation experience, including depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
- Job Stability: Demonstrated commitment to previous roles, with a history of staying 2+ years in past positions.
- Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
