A prestigious firm in the Oxnard area is seeking an Associate Attorney with 7-15 years of litigation experience to join their growing team. The firm offers a hybrid work model that provides flexibility while maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, and easement actions.
• Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys, providing strong support and mentorship.
• Opportunity to take on more responsibility with the potential to chair the litigation practice in the future.

Qualifications:

• 7-15 years of litigation experience.
• Strong communication and legal research skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and collaborate with colleagues.
