What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership for transportation projects
  • Oversee project delivery, financial performance, and quality assurance
  • Mentor and guide a team of engineers and technical staff
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead business development efforts including proposals, interviews, and presentations
  • Serve as a trusted technical expert in transportation engineering and design

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (required)
  • 8+ years of transportation engineering experience, including roadway/highway design
  • Strong knowledge of FDOT standards and processes
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing staff and projects
  • Business development experience including client engagement and proposal preparation
  • Experience with MicroStation, Open Roads Designer (ORD), AutoCAD, or Civil3D preferred
