What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for transportation projects
- Oversee project delivery, financial performance, and quality assurance
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers and technical staff
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead business development efforts including proposals, interviews, and presentations
- Serve as a trusted technical expert in transportation engineering and design
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida (required)
- 8+ years of transportation engineering experience, including roadway/highway design
- Strong knowledge of FDOT standards and processes
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing staff and projects
- Business development experience including client engagement and proposal preparation
- Experience with MicroStation, Open Roads Designer (ORD), AutoCAD, or Civil3D preferred
